Well, it's been a while since I posted last. I've been busy doing a lot of not a lot. I've been working, but that's to be expected. I have been taking Pilates classes weekly for a while. My weight loss journey has hit the 65 pound mark. Today, I'm wearing a shirt that I needed last summer, but it didn't fit. It does today.
My Goodreads goal of 150 books in 2026 is nearing the halfway mark. I joined Summer Stride at the SF library. I keep forgetting to log, but I'll be at my goal of 20 hours soon.

I am reading as a preliminary reader for the Endeavour awards for 2025, and hope to continue for 2026. I've read two books that I would not have picked up otherwise, so it's been nice.
I am working my way through the Dungeon Crawler Carl books. I'm on the third book and I hope to finish the series of 8 (so far) books before I meet the author, Matt Dinniman, next year at Norwescon in Seattle. This week, I will be joining a Zoom meeting to hear the author speak at the Sunnyvale library. If you'd like to join, register here.
I am working on two Fredrik Backman books. One is for contemporary bookclub, My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She's Sorry, and the other, My Friends, is just for fun. Both are so well written with his tangential sense of humor popping up all over th
